This role will support the oversight and production process for SEC Form N-PORT and N-CEN filings. Manage a set of client relationships through all phases of implementation; including sales support, discovery, on-boarding, implementation and BAU support. Works closely with the ESP application support team and Agile technology labs to test and finalize the technology solution for these filings. Participate in client implementation discussions and manage client relationships through on-boarding process. Form Analysis & Interpretation – assist in interpreting Form questions and documenting the detailed calculation approach for a standard baseline + any client variability. Work with ESP support team to integrate client-specific and 3rd party data sources to ESP.

o You will be responsible for client communication and implementation of new regulatoryrequirements/disclosures that impact Form NPORT/NCEN

o You will manage the implementation of all standard practices, processes, tools, etc. and initiatives (ESP, Re-Engineering) and technology enhancements (system conversion)

o You will manage relationships with clients, making sure that requests are being met and that clients are satisfied with the level of service.

o You will be responsible for the direction and training of subordinate team leaders and staff.

o You will provide coaching and development opportunities to staff, allocate and coordinate resources and handle personnel related issues.

o Ability to develop business relationships, both within and outside of the organization. Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.

o Demonstrates an ability to be a leader on their team, as well as be a leader amongst your peers in the department

o Ability to effectively handle and resolve numerous ongoing communications and reporting deliverables in fast paced environment.

Ability to drive change and process improvements, while managing day-to-day activities in a reporting cycle

o BS degree in Accounting, Business, or related field. CPA or MBA is preferred.

o Six or more years of experience in mutual funds fund administration function financial reporting, accounting, audit or related business activity.

o Experience managing a team.
