Key Role:
Build and manage project teams in the delivery of software solutions. Manage a project’s plans, financials, and contractual commitments. Work with teams to identify, manage, and escalate risks to provide human leadership, direction, and purpose and to ensure that they have what they need to deliver.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with leading a project team within the software development life cycle
- 5+ years of experience with Agile
- Experience with the federal government
- Ability to leverage expertise in technology, including the design and delivery of software systems, IT system assessments, analysis of alternatives, product selection processes, and technology strategy implementations
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- BA or BS degree
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Additional Qualifications:
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams, including adjusting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to deal with a variety of options in complex situations
- Possession of excellent problem-solving skills
