    Job Requirements:

    * Develops, monitors, and reviews engineering and maintenance documentation for all acquisition, testing, and implementation of surface equipment and hydrologic programs.

    * Review the performance of operations and maintenance for assigned systems including hardware availability, reliability, and trend analysis.

    * Develops maintenance and logistics documentation for the operations and maintenance of operational systems in the field.

    * Establishes and maintains program schedules for assigned programs.

    * Prepares, coordinates, and submits plans as identified for the redesign ASOS system developed through the service level extension program.

    * Assists in managing the documentation for the Upper Air Program.

    Qualifications:

    * Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field

    * 5+ years of progressive project management experience in both functional and program roles.

    * Demonstrated experience in analysis of weather data and equipment

    * Demonstrated experience in directing, coordinating, and leading a team of group performing different functions, and monitoring and managing programmatic and technical aspects of system maintenance.
