]Responsibilities:

We are currently searching for Senior IT Project Manager to join our team in our Corporate Office in Wilkes-Barre, PA.
This position will manage technology related software initiatives and projects. Responsibilities will include engaging with the programming and business teams to execute on business needs.
  • Act as Project Manager to coordinate sprints/projects within the IT team, ensuring the IT projects are executed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Identify conflicts/roadblocks that present risks to resources and timelines, as well as opportunities for improvement/efficiencies.
  • Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
  • Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information
  • Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technologies or business related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience of progressive IT responsibilities, including a programming and business analyst background.
  • Ability to lead by influencing others in cross-functional and executive settings
  • Well versed in defining road-maps and collaborating with teams that employ Sprint methodologies
  • Strong consensus and relationship-building skills, with experience managing resources across different functions of an organization
  • Proven Project management experience
  • Ability to craft clear, compelling recommendations supported by strong analysis and business logic, and articulate them to the Team
