Senior Director

Join our team! Galloway Ridge is an upscale continuing care retirement community located between Chapel Hill and Pittsboro in Chatham County, NC. We are currently seeking an energetic Senior Director to join our leadership team. This individual will be responsible for leading a team of professionals and their staffs in developing and maintaining the infrastructure required by the community while serving as a member of the senior leadership team, providing counsel to the Executive Director and Board of Directors.

Requirements:

• Experience in achieving results by mentoring staff and managing resources
• Knowledge of building systems, facility management, information technologies, work place safety, and project management
• Ability to adapt to the changing needs of an active and diverse community
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
