Summary:
Experienced Scrum Master will guide, coach and motivate the group to create high-performing, self-organizing teams. Scrum Master will help the team learn and apply Agile practices and ensure those practices are applied. He/she will assist the team to remove roadblocks that keep them from meeting the scope, timeline, goals and deliverables of the project. Scrum Master maintains continuous communication with project/program manager and escalates any and all concerns timely.
]Responsibilities:
- Guide, coach and motivate the team with the goal of increasing productivity, ability to run multiple scrum efforts/teams in parallel, as well as large complex program initiatives involving multiple Scrum initiatives simultaneously
- Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies, activities, and documentation efforts for multiple teams simultaneously, often working towards a complex program successful implementations. Some may span multiple years and be deployed in stages
- Communicated with main stakeholders and adhere to structured communication templates/artifacts that are designed for executive level viewing. Often present and update executive level staff.
- Oversee and manage scope, timeline, quality, goals and deliverables that support business goals for multiple scrum efforts, projects or programs simultaneously
- Identify key KPIs and report out to executive level staff regularly
- Prepare and present reports for executive level viewing
Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field , Master degree in related field preferred
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or Certified Product Owner (CSPO), PMP required
- 9+ years in Scrum Master or Senior Project Manager role and 9+ years of experience with Agile
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Great interpersonal, written and communication skills, frequently present structured executive level report-outs, verbal discussions and meetings with senior leaders
