That’s right, working as a manager for Wendy’s can give you a great base salary and bonus potential of a couple thousand dollars every quarter. You can also sign up for a great insurance package within 30 days of employment that includes medical, dental, life, Rx, vision, and more. All managers also receive paid vacation after just six months and then two weeks of paid vacation after a year. Once you get to five years of employment you earn three weeks of vacation and after ten years you get four weeks of paid vacation. We also offer six sick days to our managers every year. We have so much to offer.
