Regional Vice President

JOB SUMMARY:
The Regional Vice President of Operations has responsibility for directing the operations of multiple site contract therapy practices. The Regional Vice President of Operations achieves specific financial, employee relations, customer service, and patient care objectives through leading and directing Rehab Directors, Rehab Managers and therapists. Objectives will be achieved within the value system of Broad River Rehab. and with the ultimate objective of creating value for our constituents.

PERFORMANCE MEASURES:
Customer relations.
Customer initiated contract turnover.
Employee turnover.
Gross margin dollars and margin percentage.
Therapist productivity and efficiency.
Compliance

CREDENTIALS:

Baccalaureate or Masters Degree in healthcare, business, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in management within a healthcare setting.
Demonstrated success in managing profitability in a business unit with annual sales of at least $5 million.
Demonstrated ability to lead an organization.
