Regional Director – Wireless Telecommunications

POSITION: Regional Director

LOCATION: Orlando, FL

POSITION TYPE: Full-Time, Non- Exempt

STARTING SALARY – $200,000

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for division staff including Construction Managers, Project Managers Admin Support and Field Crews.
• Ensure successful completion of multiple projects on time and under budget while maintaining a high standard of quality
• Overall responsibility for Wireless Communication Region encompassing all facets of tower construction and maintenance
• Oversee estimates and bid packages for all Wireless projects
• Work with customers and visit job-sites to gather information for estimates as required
• Primary contact with customers
• Foster a professional working environment within the company
• Strong commitment to safety
• Further industry knowledge on an ongoing basis
• Mentor staff to further enhance the performance of the team
• Work with division personnel to facilitate successful project completion
• Ensure Region profitability by successful bid submission and cost containment
• Generate sales by developing new and expanding existing customer relationships
• Work with TSC leadership to identify trends, maximize performance and profit

Required Qualifications Include:

• Have a valid driver’s license
• Must have reliable transportation
• Tower construction and maintenance experience in all aspects of the wireless industry
• Must have excellent organizational skills and be detail oriented
• Familiar with project management principles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have exemplary integrity and character
• Must be willing to travel as needed
• Must be willing to work 40+ hours per week
• Self-motivated and able to learn quickly
• Team oriented and able to interact with a variety of customers and employees
• Able to mentor and facilitate growth of wireless personnel
• Committed to the overall success of the business
• Computer literacy with MS Office products
• Commitment to proper tower safety practices
