Overview:[
ION Media is seeking a highly organized and personable recruiting manager to join our team. This role will also be responsible for improving efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process, managing applications, and serving as a valuable brand ambassador as we seek to hire new talent for our organization. The Recruitment Manager will work closely with our recruiters to manage sourcing, interviewing, and employment processes.
]Responsibilities:
- Coordinate hiring company-wide.
- Manage recruiting processes to streamline communication and ensure efficiency.
- Interviews and screens candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions
- Build partnerships with leadership team to define and execute a world-class hiring process.
- Track metrics to break down the recruiting and hiring funnel, using data to make decisions surrounding recruiting strategy and ensure our executive team is updated on our efforts.
- Work with hiring teams to identify areas to improve and optimize our processes.
- Build networks to find qualified candidates
Qualifications:
- 10 years recruiting experience.
- Excellent phone/communication skills.
- A results-driven professional who can operate independently.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities and projects at once.
- Strong working knowledge of online recruiting platforms (ie. Linkedin, Ziprecruiter and Indeed)
