eHomeoffer Inc is an iBuyer/Real Estate Technology start up company based out of New Jersey, comprised of some of the top real estate investors, flippers, brokers, attorneys and overall creative producers of the tri-state real estate market. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a company setting out to revolutionize the real estate industry through technology and excelling services. We are set out to pilot project in our home state of New Jersey where our core team has completed over 100,000 transactions, yes that’s right, over 100,000 transactions by the top flippers, investors, brokers, and agents. We plan to launch our marketing campaign in early Q2 of 2020 and then take our brand national.

eHomeoffer Inc, is a subsidiary of eHome Holdings Inc., and is sister companies with eHomefunding, eHometitle, eHomepolicy and along with the eHomeofferAcademy real estate school.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced CTO to lead the company’s technological vision, implement technology strategies not only for the main platform and portal of eHomeoffer, but also to over see the technology of other components of our sister companies. This individual ready to mentor and develop the teams, and ensure that the technological resources are aligned with the company’s business needs. Reporting to the CEO, the CTO will lead the development of technology in our mission to revolutionize the real estate industry nationwide. This position will at first be completing the foundation of our SOW and immediately implanting developers to soft launch our beta come end of Q2 2020, this is the opportunity to be on the ground floor of something huge!

Responsibilities:

  • Continuously evolve our vision for how technology will be used in the company in a rapidly-changing and complex industry.
  • Ensure that the technology meets the company’s short and long-term needs.
  • Manage and optimize infrastructure assets to satisfy internal financial targets
  • Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics
  • Stay on top of technology trends and developments.
  • Coordinate and oversee mobile app and website developers to translate business requirements into programming specifications. As this is a hands-on position, you MUST have programming experience building and launching mobile apps (iOS and Android)
  • You must have strong business acumen, and a broad understanding of current technological trends, and be able to effectively develop new technologies which yield competitive advantage
  • Continually assess and adjust technological performance by monitoring key performance indicators and information technology budgets.
  • Effectively communicate results of technology strategies to management and investors.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years working as a software engineer
  • Track record of recruiting, mentoring, and scaling engineering talent and building a strong engineering culture.
  • A business leader with experience in a high-accountability, high empathy environment who can effectively work with various company stakeholders and impact across the company
  • Proven experience as a high level CTO whom defines a clear leadership role
