Position responsibilities
The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating all aspects of execution and resources necessary to complete on time and on budget installations for multiple concurrent projects. Project managers coordinate with in house technicians, design & engineering staff, purchasing and scheduling in addition to coordinating with trade partners involved in the project to successfully meet or exceed client expectations.
Experience/attributes for success
- 3 to 5 years experience managing High End Residential construction industry and/or luxury system installations preferred.
- Previous experience with audio/video and residential electronic systems projects preferred.
- Knowledge of the construction and design/build industry, including trade coordination, and project management.
- Experienced in managing installation/construction staff for multiple simultaneous projects.
- Well organized and detail oriented. Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work independently but also work well as part of a Team.
- Extremely fast paced environment, which requires a high energy, self-motivated individual with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts.
- College degree preferred.
