We are seeking a Project Manager for an assignment lasting 12-months to manage and upgrade project. This position will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and coordinating the materials to be used with the project management cycle of corrective actions (such as re-labeling process)
  • Maintaining and reporting project statistics on weekly basis and analyzing all project metric data.
  • Reviewing incoming inspection plans and processes and managing parts inventory and labeling program
  • Developing and following quality assurance documentation from concept to final delivery
  • Working closely with 3rd party vendors for product specifications, labels and delivery updates. Collaborating with suppliers for on time deliveries and for supplier quality improvements
  • Managing the disposition of existing products
  • Adept at streamlining operations and processes to ensure compliance

Qualification and Experience Required

  • 5+ years in project management role working on medium to large projects
  • Experience managing projects for Regulatory and Quality that required significant regression and new feature testing
  • Experience in large volume data management
  • Strong 3rd party follow-up
  • Experience effectively utilizing company resources – equipment, labor and inventory
  • Knowledge of inventory management practices and procedures as they apply to meeting federal regulatory requirements.
  • Logistics experience a plus.
