Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Ensure homes are built to plan specifications, code and client specifications
• Manage scheduling of trade partners and material delivery for timely completion of project
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with trade partners, other employees and clients

• Schedule delivery of materials and supplies
• Schedule and conduct multiple walk-throughs with customers
• Walk through homes daily and take overall responsibility for job site during construction
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations on job site
• Update job information in IHMS (construction management software)

Competencies:

• Prior experience as a Superintendent / Project Manager in residential construction required (3+ years)
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications
• Well organized, detail oriented, dependable and able to adapt to changing priorities
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills including Word Processing and email
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
