CareerStaff Unlimited is looking for an experienced individual to join our company as a Project Manager in Irving, TX. The Project Manager will be responsible for collaborating with all departments company-wide to ensure efficient and timely project rollouts. A strong candidate will be a competitive, self-starter with at least 3-5 years of project management experience who will report directly to the Vice President of Operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work directly with Vice President of Operations to identify and prioritize projects across the company

  • Establish the framework needed to ensure all elements of a project are planned, coordinated and monitored

  • Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects

  • Communicating with management on the status of tasks and workflows; updating internal customers and setting accurate expectations

  • Provide guidance and feedback to members of the local and corporate offices, as well as the CSU Leadership team

  • Direct and oversee projects to ensure the successful delivery of new initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in project management

  • Project Management certification preferred

  • College degree preferred
