Primary Responsibilities

  • Drafting project protocol documents
  • Reviewing and editing project presentations
  • Participating in project meetings, conference calls, and training calls
  • Preliminary financial tasks and monthly billing
  • Acting as a liaison with cross-functional team members to ensure timely completion of all study deliverables
  • Reporting study needs and issues

Maintain, review and communicate project progress:

  • Monitoring internal data flow to ensure completion of tasks within agreed upon timeframes
  • Communicating with clients regarding project status
  • Researching and responding to client inquires
  • Mentoring, guiding and supporting the Operations team, including providing feedback to Operations Manager for performance appraisals

Ensure the development and adherence to project timelines:

  • Following up on outstanding items including missing data, incomplete paperwork, etc.
  • Assisting in tracking and resolving client issues
  • Serving as an additional point of contact for clients, sites, sponsors, etc.
  • Keeping supervisor advised of current issues

Maintains Quality Service and Departmental Standards:

  • Reading, understanding and adhering to organizational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Assisting in establishing and enforcing departmental standards
  • Participating in the creation/update of company SOPs
  • Reviewing and providing recommendations to management on operational procedures
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives

Working conditions:

  • Travel: 15-30% U.S. and International

Required Skills

  • Detailed experience working with computer software including Word, Excel, and Access
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Comfortable presenting in front of large groups
  • Strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Medical Imaging experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Speaking French is a plus but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 /hour

Experience:

  • Project Management: 2 years (Preferred)

Required travel:

  • 25% (Preferred)
