The Project Manager position requires great attention to detail, exercises judgment and discretion and is responsible for all aspects of the projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects. You will be required to manage timelines and budgets, set expectations and ensure internal resources are accountable for their tasks and milestones. The Project Manager must be able to communicate progress and or issues with clients. The position of Project Manager is a client-facing role and as such requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desired:
- Experience using Project Management software
- Experience managing construction projects
- Bachelors Degree required; advanced degree a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, project controls, engineering and/or construction
Duties and skills:
- Identify deliverables, and establish stakeholders & team leaders, building CRM to create path for communications and documentation for all projects.
- Develop project plans, assign team members & tasks, and hold regular status update meetings to keep everyone on track (Establish and lead project team with agreed-upon roles and responsibilities).
- Build and maintain project budgets & schedules on a weekly basis.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Work autonomously and balance multiple project timelines simultaneously
- Have high attention to detail and superb organizational skills & time management skills.
- Have ability to navigate and comprehend legal documents such as contracts, NDAs, warranties, etc.
- Work with production and purchasing teams to coordinate delivery of materials and access for subcontractors and vendors to job sites in a timely manner
- Work with design team to assure timely distribution of specifications and details to stakeholders, engineers, and the fabrication team.
- Monitor job particularities as projects near completion
- Track job costs and maintain budgets (Responsible for project tracking, analysis and communication of project cost, scope and schedule).

Salary: $47.00 to $62.00 /hour
