JOB SUMMARY

Project managers will handle all aspects of jobs they are over, starting with submittals all the way through the end of warranty.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Hire, manage, and train crews
• Help secure new clients and new projects
• Ensure crews have appropriate equipment and materials
• Oversee all jobs; guaranteeing superior quality
• Make sure all materials needed to complete a job are onsite
• Create pay apps and submit to accounting
• Track Labor Hours, ensure budgets are met on all jobs
• Meet with Customers
• Work weekends, as needed
• Any other task required to help the branch perform

Preferred Skills:

• Strong knowledge in Landscaping materials (to include shrubs, trees, etc.) and equipment
• 5+ Years in upper level management at a Landscaping Construction company
• Positive attitude, able to get along with staff and clients
• Bilingual: English and Spanish
• Efficient in Microsoft
• Strong knowledge of financial reports
