Pur Skin Clinic is hiring a full time Practice Manager at our downtown Edmonds location. This position is an executive leadership position that ensures our clinic mission statement is implemented, leading by example with a dynamic, positive and detail oriented team approach.
Education and Experience:
· Minimum of 3 years of Medical Practice and Staff Management experience, preferably within a cosmetic dermatology or plastic surgery practice.
· Baccalaureate degree, MBA preferred

· Proficient with MS Word/Excel, EMR and PowerPoint

Responsibilities:
- Ensure clinic meets all state and federal laws as it pertains to Medical Clinic regulations, Medical and aesthetician licensing, malpractice coverage and clinic liability coverage.
- Oversee Pur Skin Clinic Edmonds to include: hiring, training, and credentialing all employees and responsible for employee probationary and annual reviews ensuring all state and federal laws are met.
- Create and conduct staff training timeline with benchmarks to evaluate comprehension and demonstrate performance.
- Responsible for initiating clinic and staff policy and procedures, improving current systems as needed.
- Oversee daily clinic operations, patient scheduling and flow, staffing, etc. First point of contact for patient concerns/complaints. Deal with patient complaints with an empathetic, solution based response as per clinic policy.
- Oversee clinic inventory and ordering processes to optimize vendor relations and reduce clinic expenses
- Drive initiatives in the management team and organizationally that contribute to long-term operational and financial excellence.
- Work closely with IT and phone vendors to ensure all systems are optimized at all times.
- Serve as a primary liaison to legal counsel in addressing legal issues ie employee contracts, human resource laws, partnership contracts, clinic policy and procedures.
- Oversee and maintain EMR system and administration, ensuring all state and federal regulations governing EMR and the release of information is followed.
- Implement and maintain protocol(s) for medical clinic adverse events per state and federal laws. Oversee and train staff on OSHA laws and safety, updating as necessary.
- Develop and maintain a clinic marketing plan and marketing budget. Review revenue reports for marketing campaigns, evaluate marketing expense/revenue and customer acquisition costs.
Compensation:
Comprises a combination of base salary plus performance-based incentives. Full time benefit package includes medical/dental, PTO, matching retirement plan, complimentary treatments, etc.
