Description/Job Summary
Our plant in Eden is a recycling plant. We are adding capacity and machinery to do plastic extrusion and injection molding to make a new product that we have historically purchased from vendors. This product will be a new member of our packaging line. This new product will be the top frame that goes on the top of a pallet of products. From there, the pallet can be strapped for shipping.
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to run this operation. At peak, this person will manage 40 production workers. Must have an eye for safety, quality, delivery, and manage people effectively. Experience with Lean, 5S, Six Sigma is very important. Experience with any type of plastic manufacturing processes is important as well.
