Operations Manager Kreg Therapeutics, Inc. is a well-established, Chicago-based, provider of specialty medical equipment. We are currently looking to add full-time Operations Leaders who possess the following qualifications & competencies:

• Direct and support daily activities of personnel
• Educate and hold service team accountable
• Consistently maintain exceptional service quality
• Oversee scheduling
• Create and maintain budgets
• Develop procedures to improve operations
• Demonstrate knowledge of the products
• Fleet management
• Inventory Management

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Solid leadership and coaching skills
• Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to maintain organized management skills under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to manage a 24/7 operation

Requirements:

• Experience managing others – performance, evaluations, corrective actions, recognition, training, hiring, etc
• Previous experience in a service industry is a plus
• Availability to operate in a 24/7 environment
• The capability to lift 50 lbs. as necessary
• Able to pass a criminal background check & preliminary/random drug screenings
• A valid Driver’s License
