This position will be a permanent position . The overall purpose is to support company operations by running and maintaining office systems. Hours required: Monday – Friday 8:00a – 4:30p. Occasional overtime.

Office Manager Job Duties:

  • Managing efficient, timely, and clear correspondence with Management, Customers, Employees, and Vendors
  • Preparing Quotations, Purchase Orders, and Shipping Documentation
  • Maintaining Documentation for Retention, Protection, Retrieval, Transfer, and Disposal of Records
  • Preparing Shipping, Production, and Financial Reports
  • Responsible for Minimal Accounting Duties
  • Responsible for Purchasing
  • Setting up and maintaining Inventory in RealTrac Software
  • Preparing Job Traveler information according to Procedure
  • Contributes to Team Effort when Needed (i.e. Packaging Parts for Shipments

Office Manager Skills and Qualifications:

Efficient in Microsoft Office Suites – Word and Excel. Power Point is a plus.

Type at least 45 words per minute

ERP Experience is a BIG PLUS – Real Trac
