Description:
As a Vice President, you will be an expert across all relevant technical skills and capable of delivering multiple projects or workstreams with Managing Director oversight.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver quality, self-directed work, capable of managing multiple projects or workstream at any one time without reducing quality – with appropriate Managing Director support where required
- Increasingly seen as the day to day project lead by the client
- Key contributor to client meetings capable of leading on specific areas at board level meetings, and leading entire client presentations at a more junior level
- Coach project teams to help them be the best and achieve their personal development goals adjusting roles as needed within the project environment
- Support Managing Directors with business development activity and proactively following up on own business development opportunities
- Acts as a role model within the firm, playing an active role coaching staff (both formally and informally)
