Junior Project Manager

The FPW Media team is a vibrant group of creatives based in Eugene/Springfield. As a production first agency, our creative areas of skill include photography, video production, graphic design, web design, and branding concepts. With an ever-constant eye on the future, we are focused on what’s next for our clients and their brand.

Our company is looking to hire a Junior Project Manager who will be working closely with our project management team to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for our brands. As a successful hire, you will be tasked with helping identify marketing trends and opportunities for growth, as well as coordinating the creation of marketing materials. Prior work experience in marketing, advertising, or public relations is preferred. Effective written and verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail are important keys to success in this role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the project management team, internal creative teams, clients and partners on marketing strategy.
• Attend and contribute to client meetings with project managers.
• Identify and task items to creative teams.
• Help identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
• Assist in creating marketing branded materials.
• Develop and execute media plans.
• Prepare, format and edit a range of documents including client-facing presentations.
• Create and interpret a variety of reports.
• Conduct, organize and analyze market research.
• Plan, coordinate and implement social media strategy.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• A high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
• Competency in Microsoft Office products, GSuite applications and Adobe products.
• Familiarity with administrative controls for major social platforms.
• Exceptional organization skills.
• Related job experience.
• Digital marketing experience preferred.
