The IT Project Manager oversees the process of planning, executing and ensuring the success of PPRM’s IT pursuits and goals. This position is salaried, exempt.

QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred (especially in the computer science or engineering scope). Certification in project management preferred. Computer proficiency in programs such as SharePoint and the Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with IT standards such as SSAE SOC2, ISO 27001, PCI, HIPAA/HITECH, NIST, and CSA/CCM preferred. Ability to understand IT contracts. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Business strategy aptitude. Decision-making and leadership skills.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Documents all estimates, project statuses, and project completion paperwork.

2. Creates and maintains information technology project plans that communicates tasks, milestone dates, status, and resource allocation.

3. Records detailed customer requirements, constraints and assumptions with stakeholders in order to establish the project deliverables.

4. Measures project performance, perform post-implementation debriefs, and create intervention plan as necessary to ensure project completion and customer satisfaction.

5. Collaborates with leadership and IT to brainstorm new test ideas for technical projects.

6. As a member of the Infrastructure team, this position supports functions in IT, Facilities, Purchasing, and Administration as needed.

7. Participates in abortion services (participation can include referrals, information, education, counseling, performing, scheduling, etc.)

8. Other duties as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $63,600.00 to $77,000.00 /year
