We currently have an opening for a Construction Estimator/Project Manager to start immediately!
Estimator Responsibilities:
- Meeting with multiple Dry Force customers on a daily basis to estimate the repairs from a water damage
- Work with the insurance company to come to an agreed scope
- Assist the customer through the claim process before the work begins
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Overseeing production & quality control the of projects
- Manage schedules and Schedule subcontractors
- Communicate with sub-contractors, customers, coworkers, and insurance companies
- Manage job sites safety
Required Skills:
- 1 year experience in the restoration industry
- Residential Construction knowledge
- Proficient in Xactimate and estimating
- Customer service background
- Time management and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license, a good driving record
- Experienced in using Laptop, iPad, and iPhone
- Must be able to type 40 wpm ( no exceptions)
