Home Instead Senior Care is looking for an HR Recruiting manager for our Pinehurst, NC office. In ths role you will be taking the lead in finding and on-boarding amazing CAREgivers to take care of our equally amazing clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and posting job ads
  • Screening resumes and applications
  • Conducting interviews, both over the phone and face to face
  • Making hiring decisions
  • Conducting background checks
  • Preparing and maintaining employee files
  • Conducting new hire orientation
  • Engaging with CAREgivers on an ongoing basis

Desired Qualifications include:

  • Prior CAREGiving experience a very big plus
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong computer skills
