This is a full time position. The HOA Project Manager’s responsibilities will include a thorough understanding of customer requests and the management of all requirements to realize customer stated needs and company objectives. This role is responsible for defining, estimating, coordinating, monitoring, evaluating, and communicating all aspects of a project. The Project manager will interact with internal and external customers, company staff, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders in managing customer satisfaction. Role requires ability to build relationships across many stakeholders. Leadership qualities and emotional intelligence needed for this position. This position is a main revenue driver for the division.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop a thorough understanding of, and identify project requirements.
  • Assist customers, when required, in developing accurate scope of works to meet project objectives.
  • Identify and establish costs associated with projects under consideration.
  • Source, qualify, and select vendors and/or contractors as needed.
  • Solicit bids from outside service providers when internal resources are not available.
  • Create estimates/proposals to meet requested project requirements.
  • Submit estimates for client approval. Meet with and/or communicate to requesting stakeholders, representing and promoting company services.
  • Initiate new projects independently upon acceptance/approval.
  • Direct appropriate staff in mobilizing resources/work orders/special requirements.
  • Manage and facilitate delivery of project objectives. Assess project issues and identify solutions throughout project lifecycle.
  • Track progress and review tasks to maintain timelines and target dates. Provide status updates at appropriate intervals.
  • Conduct final acceptance of completed projects.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Monitor Emergency Phone as scheduled Mentor, Develop and Manage
  • Encourage and lead to promote a team environment and instill a positive attitude.
  • Provide training and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Assist in the evaluation of divisional staff.

ESSENTIAL VOCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Read and interpret building codes.
  • Read blueprints.
  • Ability to present concepts and recommendations to clients in clear, understandable terms.
  • Understanding and familiarity with contract concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction and maintenance processes and materials.
  • Ability to create, cost, and execute bids/estimates independent of contractor involvement.
  • Have demonstrated a high level of judgment and decision making abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $42,500.00 to $67,840.00 /year
