Assured Association Management is currently seeking an experienced account manager to join our team. The account manager’s tasks include, but are not limited to: accounts payable and receivable (including collections), bank reconciliation, budgeting, and financial presentation for a portfolio of communities. Account managers must provide exceptional customer service with the ability to assist homeowner in bringing their accounts current as well as to update Board Members of the financial status of the Association. Organizational and time management skills are essential, along with a working knowledge of financial statements, audits, reserve studies and governing documents.
