- Lead efforts within Disruption Live—ensuring open briefs are converted to ideas that are consistently brought forward to the client
- Work with Omnicom and/or potential external partners to create unique, differentiating revenue-generating ideas

02 \ CLIENT RELATIONSHIP

- You are the steward of the brand and of the strategic client relationship, and are at ease bringing a voice of reason to multi-layered client relationships that is both challenging and reassuring. Develop meaningful and productive senior client relationships to ensure strategic recommendations exceed expectations.
- Partner with other TBWA\ and Omnicom teams helping to close the gap in their strategy needs
- Being viewed as an indispensable partner to the client and other Omnicom partners
01 \ STRATEGY OVERSIGHT

- Provide leadership and oversight for all brand strategy efforts, including but not limited to Disruption, marketing, medical, digital, and brand-building strategy
- Partner with strategy team specialists (eg, digital, brand, medical) to ensure specific strategy needs for brands are being met
- Creating and managing high-functioning, cross-specialty teams
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree and 10-15 years’ prior work experience in an agency environment (pharmaceutical experience essential, oncology experience highly desired)
- Willingness to travel 20-40% of the time initially while getting to know new client teams and establishing relationships
