As a member of the Project Management Team, your role will be pivotal to the smooth running of the business. You will be required to have a thorough understanding of all areas of the business and be responsible for all aspects of your account. You will focus on building client relationships, managing the network, consistent and accurate business reporting, project planning and ensuring that expectations are managed and delivered.

]Responsibilities:


Client Management Responsibilities:
  • Immerse yourself in the brand and offering of the blue chip technology company
  • Adherence to client confidentiality policy
  • Ensure client follows the agreed workflows and manage them through the process
  • Set and manage client expectations, deliverables and timeframes
  • Identify areas for improvement of existing workflow and processes
  • Build strong trusting relationship with all key stakeholders, client’s function leads, cross functional producers, senior managers from Marcom and third-party vendors that are directly involved with the work
  • Manage the approval of the quarterly budgets
  • Track and report weekly on budget spend- per function- and monitor and analyze progression of the spend
  • Flag important budget fluctuations to client and line manager
  • Demonstrate ability to write, prepare and present documents, presentations and reports
  • Ensure that the line manager is aware of all client issues and proposed solutions, including potential delays, to ensure swift resolution and avoid further escalation

Project Management Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate between all relevant parties – Hogarth Team and Client Lead
  • Ensure your account delivers consistently against all contractual obligations including SLAs and KPIs
  • Monitor internal workflow, identify areas for improvement and make recommendations

Quality Control Responsibilities:
  • Act as a brand QC/ Guardian – always ensure brand guidelines, QC checklists and procedures are followed
  • Ensure all parties are aware of brand and style guides when available
  • Highlight and resolve quality control issues
  • Ensure that the best external talent are always used – Freelancers, Translators, Proofreaders, Copywriters, Planners and where necessary (liaise with relevant department heads and ensure they pass relevant tests)

Internal Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Hogarth business model, service and the technology
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the internal organizational structure
  • Respond to requests from line manager
  • Ensure a thorough understanding of all the contractual obligations, commercial arrangements and SLAs of the accounts and ensure specific details are understood by the wider team where relevant
  • Visit the client regularly – coordinate weekly/ monthly review meetings with the client
  • Be able to work at a client’s office within your country or overseas at short notice
  • Organize teamwork, create a balanced work schedule and ensure people are able to deliver results
  • Flag any potential team issues to the line manager and be actively involved in a finding a solution
  • Identify training requirements for team members to ensure their adherence to processes and improve workflow
  • Help prepare and plan the induction of new starters and ensure that they are correctly setup with access to relevant accounts and equipment

Qualifications:


Requirements:
  • 5 years in project or resource management within a production environment
  • Strong working knowledge of the production pipeline (both print and digital)
  • Excellent project management background
  • The ability to liaise with clients and internal teams to leverage resources as necessary.
  • Pragmatic, team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • Needs to have a sense of what Screens and Channel production means and understand the technical part of the role
  • Needs to travel to Cupertino 3 times a year (4~6 weeks) to work on site at Cupertino, CA.
