Our UT Health East Texas hospital is seeking an experienced Division Director, Facilities and Construction. We are looking for your experience, knowledge and patient care skills in our Construction Services Department where you will be responsible for: What You Will Be Doing: -Plans, directs, and coordinates the maintenance of buildings, equipment, and grounds. -Creates and manages maintenance and capital budgets for properties. -Manages directors, managers, maintenance staff and contractors. -Effectively communicates with building tenants to provide customer satisfaction. -Assists in the planned development and implementation of construction projects.

So what experience are we looking for in our experienced Division Director, Facilities and Construction?
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering (any major discipline) or related field.
  • 4 years experience in hospital maintenance or construction administration or design.
  • CHFM preferred
