The Director of Growth Initiatives will have a clear understanding of the Company Initiatives and the ability to relay that vision to the Field Sales Team to ensure buy in and success. This position will act as an “offensive coach” identifying incremental opportunities outside of the current organizational playbook & history and be a visionary with a keen focus on Solution Selling. This individual will then develop initiatives & programs in conjunction with resources & partners that will yield incremental revenue. This individual has consistently exhibited the ability to solve problems, develop and deliver strategic plans and has the skills to use Data Analytics & Sales Tools. This individual is highly self-motivated, and goal driven with a proven sales record both as a manager and an individual contributor.
This person will be a Visionary and Innovative Field Sales Champion who liaises between the Field and Executive Sales Leadership working closely with Sales Effectiveness, their VP of Sales and RSMs to deliver on Growth Initiatives.
- Direction with new growth opportunities- determine what is to be presented to internal and external customer.
- Short term selling and where/How we direct our teams’ market hot spots.
- Drive result through coordination with Sales Effectiveness and measure success with milestones and timelines.
- Ensures Playbook strategy aligns with the overall objectives of the organization, while keeping focus on both existing and new customers to ensure right amount of coverage in the field.
- Workforce planning, analytics, and driving focus on revenue generation.
- Determine future growth strategies, develop a plan, and in liaison with stakeholders follow through to execution.
- Sales Process work & refinement by coaching RSMs and leader development.
- TM Excellence training and development- share and implement best practices in the field in liaison with Sales Effectiveness.

- Bachler’s Degree Preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience.
- Travel 30% or more.
