We are currently searching for a Digital Project Manager with 3+ years of web and mobile production experience to work with our growing engineering team here at Agency Labs. You’ll work closely with our Director of Technology to manage projects, deadlines and resources to ensure client happiness and timely delivery.

Description

Your job as a Digital Project Manager will be managing and streamlining our development team, clients and processes across various web, mobile and software development engagements. To succeed in this role, you must collaborate effectively with other team members to help determine our client’s needs and how best to deliver them while making each and every client feel like our most important client. You’ll work on integrating complex strategies and be challenged to grow and learn as projects complexities evolve.

Expectations:

• Creative approach to problem solving and issue resolution
• Keep projects on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports, and detailed note taking.
• Lead efficient meetings and conference calls with clients and stakeholders
• Define the scope of projects (goals, deliverables, schedules, and budget) and compile detailed proposals
• Collaborate with our engineers on project requirements, solutions and approaches.
• Clearly communicate project issues and resolutions to clients and internal team in a timely manner
• Manage client communications on project scope changes, issues and delivery while always maintaining a positive rapport and exchange
• Tackle tight deadlines and conflicting priorities and remain calm under pressure

Requirements:

• Self-motivated and self-manages well
• Highly analytical, detail oriented and intellectually curious….about everything
• Articulate with clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using Atlassian Tools (JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket), Slack, Basecamp, Trello, Browserstack, Smartsheets and other PM tools.
• Minimum 3 years of experience producing digital projects or directly related experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with Photoshop and/or Sketch.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and design best practices.
• General experience with front-end web technologies (HTML5, CSS, JS etc.)

• General experience working with WordPress and/or Drupal content management systems.
• General experience QA testing across browsers and devices.
• Must be able to work on-site in Bethel, CT Full-Time.
