We have a tremendous leadership opportunity for the right person looking for the next evolution of their career. We are seeking an exceptional Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to help our company successfully implement
Commercial projects in the slab granite, marble and porcelain segment of the construction industry. We are growing and have established a great reputation built over 30 years and are seeking to add the right person to our Management team.

Project Manager position is part of a team responsible for managing the fabrication and installation for countertops, slab interior walls, exterior facades and slab flooring projects. The ideal candidate can template and slab layout. Also, forecasting and communicating with the Shop Foreman for preparing multiple jobs at one time. The Commercial jobs range from 1-2 slabs to multi-phase 100+ slab implementations. Must be highly organized and able to multi-task. Must perform well under pressure. Will be primary operational point of communication between our company and the customer ensuring a successful project implementation.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

Understand project details by having a proficient understanding of architectural plans, help establish project goals, assist project coordinator with progressive job cost, managing onsite safety requirements, perform pre-con walks to verify schedule provided by GC, work with GC to develop realistic schedule durations, attend weekly sub-meetings, coordinate with shop foreman on upcoming volume and slab utilization, manage and execute material ordering, daily punch and quality control walks, define monthly billing per provided schedule of values

Computer Skills:
Ipad tablet or equivalent
Microsoft office
Bluebeam
Microsoft project

Experience: 6-10 years. OSHA 30, 1st Aid and CPR certifications preferred

Pay and benefits: Salary range $75 ,000 to $95,000 based on relevant experience. 1-week vacation. Company vehicle.
