Commercial HVAC Project Manager

Experience required: 3 years Commercial HVAC Project Management

Skills Required: Commercial HVAC construction projects
Ability to communicate and partner will sales, production to assure customer service
Coordinate and verify accuracy of drawings and specs
Plan and schedule long range work projects
Manage submittal processes for upcoming projects
Report on status of projects to Project Manager
Plan and manage Commercial Division key performance indicators
Responsible for quality assurance of project
Oversee quality and accuracy of standards on commercial HVAC projects
Awareness and oversite of matching contract and bid requirements to customer expectations

Education Requirements:
Minimum of HS Diploma with Technical School experience
Familiar with project management software and scheduling packages
Able to climb ladders and lift equipment up to 50 pounds
