    Virtual Telecomm is growing and looking to fill multiple
    Project Manager positions. Experience in UCaaS, SD-WAN, Carrier
    Telecom, or Internet services is required. Please send your resume to

    JOB SUMMARY
    Project Managers will work start to finish with clients to review
    business needs and help design solutions to address those needs.
    They will manage Cloud phone system implementations with timeline milestones and be able to communicate those to all parties involved; coordinate calls among clients, Engineering, and Sales to move projects along to completion. They will conduct phone and application training for multiple Cloud providers and become an expert in those Cloud applications.

    After one year a successful candidate will be able to coordinate complex, extended projects to completion and independently manage on-site implementation.

    This is a full-time, in-office position. Compensation package is based on experience and industry knowledge.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Order Package Verification
    Works with the sales organization to validate that opportunity documentation complies with services sold and meets client expectations. Tracks the progression of orders from pre-order-entry until post-installation. Ensures goals are attained and client’s expected installation dates are met.

    Ownership
    Takes the lead on complex projects and owns the process until completion. Finds solutions to clients’ needs and collaborates with carriers/provider engineers. Works to achieve the highest client satisfaction and adds value to the implementations.

    Communication
    Proactive communication is critical for successful projects and building long-term relationships with our clients. Keeps the Virtual Telecomm Executive Team and Sales Team engaged when needed and updates Virtual Telecomm CRM opportunities. Communicates order status to all parties and acts as liaison between carriers, sales, clients, and partners to communicate order status externally at predefined milestones and manages client expectations.

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    • Experience in UCaaS, SD-WAN, Carrier Telecom, or Internet services
    • Knowledge of best practices call flow and call processing efficiencies
    • Proficient in MS Office 365
    • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and handle multiple Cloud implementations at once
    • Clear and effective written and verbal communications skills; ability to manage communication styles and expectations across industry roles
    • Confident interacting one-on-one with clients, engineers, carriers, and partners
    • Self-motivated, goal-driven, detail-oriented, and organized
