CEO and President

The Affordable CBD Initiative was founded on a set of principles we have yet to see carried out by anyone else in the industry. Our company’s mission is to present a more affordable option for premium CBD products while creating a self-sustaining health and wellness ecosystem around it. We believe success can only be achieved if CBD is used as a tool to bring light to the many voiceless Americans that have turned to it as an alternative.

We are experiencing an overwhelming outpour of support at a very pivotal time in the industry. Therefore, we are currently opening a position for an experienced CEO and President that can navigate and execute with excellence.

This position prefers someone with existing experience and/or relationships with/in

• Starp/Ups
• The Health and Wellness industry
• Product placement
• Distribution
• Direct Sales

Responsibilities & Tasks

• Effectively interact and communicate with the Founder/Owner on a regular basis to ensure vision with direction, alignment, and achievement of business objectives.
• Develop and implement ACBDI’s strategic plan to increase focus and identify business opportunities.
• Apply strong organizational skills to support the vision of the company
• Model the Core Values of the company.
• Continually analyze operating results relative to established objectives.
• Establish key relationships with customers, vendors, and products.
• Provide direction, support, timely decision making while holding direct reports accountable for results aligned with objectives.
• Perform consistent performance reviews with employees.
• Drive cultural values and results through management via team development, training and talent acquisition.
• Ensure strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors, oversight of suppliers and agreements.

The CEO and President report directly to the Founder/Owner and leads the company by driving the company vision and operational strategies. The Ceo and President will translate strategies into actionable goals. Overseeing day-to-day operations, the CEO and PResident will be responsible for ensuring successful organizational outcomes are met.

This position will be based on a commission structure. We are looking for someone to grow the business and prepare for buyout.

Job Type: Commission

Salary: $90,000.00 to $225,000.00 /year
