Overview:[

We are hiring a Central Region Manager to work with Simunition products, a non-lethal, short-range training ammunition solutions. We provide the most realistic training systems possible so that officers, military forces and approved range members around the world can engage in experience building and ultimately lifesaving exercises. In this role, you will build network of commercial distributors, dealars, and professional range programs to market and utilize the Simunition® product line for training by Certified Firearms Instructions and civilians. You can work remotely although we prefer you are located in Texas or central region.

]Major Position Responsibilities:

  • Develops a plan to utilize Social Medial Tools such as Facebook, Twitter, Blogs, etc. to promote the Simunition® product line to the US Commercial Firearms Training market.
  • Meets with key clients assisting sales representatives with maintaining relationships, negotiating and closing deals.
  • Provides inputs to VP / GM for budgets, business cases, expenditures and appropriations for research and development work in support of US Commercial Market.
  • Conducts Instructor Scenario Course training for scheduled Law Enforcement, Military, and Security Firm customers.
  • Acts as Lead Instructor Trainer for US based training, as scheduled by Manager of Training. Manages day-to-day sales activities and develops the sales territory to market the Simunition® Product Line to the US Commercial Firearms Training Market by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
  • Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate Simunition’s® goals by developing strategy, goals, timelines for growing sales to the US Commercial Firearms Training market.

Basic Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in firearms or scenario based training, 3+ years of experienced Sales and Marketing, Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University, weapons maintenance, operation, and safety, and completed courses from respected firearms/weapon training schools.
