An ideal candidate has a track record in the top percentile of this sector, and is highly experienced acquiring & managing high profile clients, while also building respected teams for them. Your networks are wide and deep in the startup space.

Acting as Vice President within your global TPJS region, you will become a leading recruitment consultant in-charge of operating your specialized business unit.

You are commercially astute, with a demonstrated ability to manage and grow a large P&L.

The ideal candidate has:

  • Prior experience delivering excellent results for highly respected, mid-late stage Pre-IPO startups or hypergrowth divisions within enterprise environments (or acquired companies)
  • Achieved top tier KPIs over several years across a 360 desk, clearly demonstrating a track record as one of the elite Recruitment Consultants & Account Managers in their region (in the area of software engineering, product development, and/or design)
  • An excellent track record of Account Management doing client acquisition & maintaining those accounts from end to end
  • A highly ambitious personality, who is capable of running a book of business within a 360 (client acquisition & candidate recruitment) environment and growing an international territory or unit within the company
  • Proven throughout their career that they possess a tireless hunger and drive to create significant results
