Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Manager with day to day operations on site
- Support all efforts to ensure homes are built to requirements and specifications established by construction drawings, building codes and client specifications
- Maintain schedule in IHMS (construction management software)
- Assist in getting houses ready for inspections and meetings with clients
- Coordinate punch list work
- Develop and maintain strong, productive supplier and trade contractor relations
- Communicate with customers clearly and concisely
Competencies:
- Prior experience in residential construction helpful but not required. College education may count in lieu of previous work experience in the field.
- Willing to be part of team-oriented business
- Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications helpful.
- Well organized, detail oriented, dependable and able to adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills including Word Processing and email.
