Administrative Assistant, 1 year (Required)
Full time admin assistant / sales assistant with general office duties in Manhattan/Hermosa Beach office with busy but friendly atmosphere, dog friendly (service animals or obedient ESAs only), for a growing deposition company in the legal field. 1-3 years office and sales experience preferred. You will be a liaison between the CEO and company personal and all points of contact, in charge of the day to day calendar, and will remind CEO of all items that need to be attended to throughout the day. This is a great opportunity to work one on one with and learn from someone who has built companies and to move up within the company. Great start in the legal field or sales field. Direct report and training by Founder/CEO. Required duties include:
- Customer service, client communications, assisting the lead salesperson with admin
- Various administrative tasks
- Maintaining hard copy and electronic filing systems
- Contact with clients and 30+ workers
- Keeping the company calendar / Scheduling appointments
- Assisting with tracking sales leads and follow ups
- Creation of mail campaigns
- Data entry
- Organizing computer files and emails
- Managing Dropbox and online filing systems
- Formatting templates
- Scanning
- Processing paperwork electronically
- Occasional pick up or deliveries to clients
- Assist and represent company with local trade shows and yearly Vegas trade show (travel required).
- Assist and represent company attending events with CEO.
- Order and pick up meals
- Run errands
- Travel with CEO

- Has high level of proficiency with computers. Will train on procedures, but candidate must be familiar with windows explorer, MS Word, Excel, Dropbox, Hightail, and is computer tech savvy.
- Must be able to save and attach files to email, download files from internet, send files via Dropbox and Hightail.
- Required to travel to and work at our Las Vegas trade shows once a year for 3 days, and local trade shows and events.
