]Responsibilities:
This is a key leadership role for us that will continue to evolve as ERT grows:
You will take responsibility for developing and executing a strategic vision to enable ERT to maximize our proven ability to provide superior service for longterm success in the delivery of our products and services. You will create a standardized Project Management delivery model that effectively meets business demand and allows for scalability and growth across multiple and growing lines of business.
You will have overall responsibility for ensuring that key initiatives and company goals are met or surpassed, and lead the creation and implementation of operational excellence improvement initiatives, ensuring operational rigor in all key process areas, driving improvement in key KPI’s including quality and timeliness of commitment.
You will direct a global team of Project Management leaders, providing clear direction and ensuring that Project Management has skills, capabilities and headcount required to deliver ERT’s Project Management strategy and meet or exceed customer needs. You will employ effective change management and communication strategies to ensure that the whole team is informed and fully engaged with our mission, vision and strategy.
You will serve as senior level advocate for all customer issues and escalation points. You will attend client meeting and develops customer account strategies in collaboration with Business Development and other Service Delivery leadership staff.
You will work on elements of due diligence and lead the integration of new services lines resulting from acquisition and new product development.
You will role model our corporate values of Collaboration, Accountability, Adaptability and being Proactive.
You will be responsible for the completion and effective management of the global budget and the monitoring of the budget for each service line and provide mission-critical reporting and analytics.

Qualifications:
Needed for success in this highly visible role:
- Bachelor Degree required, Masters Degree preferred (Business, Healthcare, IT or related field)
- A true leader with 7-10+ years of experience with progressively responsible roles and a strong emphasis on customer-facing project management. Must understand productivity within the business.
- Demonstrated success in creating, executing and aligning stakeholders to a functional vision for long-term success.
- Minimum of six years of effective management of talent through hiring, performance management, talent development, change management and ongoing assessment of organizational structure.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functionally in a matrix environment
- Proven experience delivering measurable process improvements – we’re looking for someone who can build in fire prevention rather than simple fire fighting
- Demonstrated success driving organizational change and integration activities
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical drug development process helpful but not required
- Excellent global organizational, communication, influencing and interpersonal skills. Able to make difficult business decisions and hold themself and their team accountable for success.
- Financial acumen experience including managing and delivering to both top and bottom line targets
- Ability to balance, prioritize, and resolve conflicts between client, business needs and internal business goals.
- Client visits and travel across global offices as needed (estimated 50%)
