]Job Purpose:
Develops the strategy and directs PCLT and TBR/Commercial Division efforts to achieve USA sales goals, through a team of Regional Directors and staff, in multiple areas / offices across the country, in accordance with the U.S. and Global marketing and sales plans.
Key Accountabilities:
- Directly hires, manages and evaluates the Sr. Commercial Director, Sales Management Director, Corporate Accounts Director, and PCLT Regional Sales Director position(s)
- Develops & implements business plans and sales strategies to increase sales units and revenue according to company policies and programs
- Responsible for the development & performance of all sales activities in the USA PCLT and Commercial Divisions
- Establishes strategies & plans to prospect new business, expand customer base and improve brand awareness
- Advises and coaches Directors and others with proposals, presentations and skills development when necessary
- Obtains current market information and trends, maintaining awareness of competition
- Supports in the development of marketing plans
- Monitors performance of Region Directors and field sales members
- Maintains customer satisfaction related to members of entire PCLT and Commercial Division staff
- Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines
- Any other duties / responsibilities assigned by the President, SVP Sales

- 4 Year College Degree (BS/BA) required, MBA preferred
- 10+ years sales experience preferred
- 10+ years Tire Industry related experience preferred
- Must be able to travel approximately 50%
