Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center is seeking qualified applicants for the leadership position of Vice President of Service Line Development and Operations. The position is responsible for the administration of six primary care centers and specialty clinics and for the management of NFMMC’s employed team of surgeons. Additionally, the position will oversee revenue capture for outpatient services, serve as administrative lead for NFMMC’s residency training program, assist in the development and implementation of value based contracts, lead community-based initiatives to improve population health and provide leadership for physician and mid-level recruitment in the service lines he/she manages.
Viable candidates for the Vice President of Service Line Development and Operations must have proven experience in managing primary care centers and specialty outpatient clinics and extensive knowledge in professional billing for physician/mid-level services and in performance contracting.
Candidates must have strong written and verbal communication skills, an ability to effectively manage resources and have competent analytical skills.
Preferred candidates will have:
- A MBA or a Master’s Degree in Public Health, Hospital Administration or related field.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a leadership position involving management of outpatient services is required.
