CT Management LLC, a mid-size vibrant, growing management company specializing in the management of multifamily apartments seeks a Vice President of Property Management. The position will provide overall executive leadership of the management company and ensure maximum profitability of the portfolio. The portfolio currently consists of 3,000 multifamily units in the North-Eastern States.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead effort to maximize portfolio profitability in accordance with business plans.
- Ensure implementation of business plan related to overall property management operations.
- Recommend and implement best practice processes and procedures that will allow Company to successfully achieve its growth objectives.
- Develop and implement portfolio-wide rental rate strategies that will maximize revenue for each property.
- Assure that expenditures at the property level are within budget and properly approved. Ensure cost effectiveness and quality of all product offerings and processes.
- Development, refinement and review of reporting system
Reporting Relationships:
- Will report directly to Company President and Partners
- Will supervise all Senior Managers and Property Managers
- Will interface with the members of senior management in order to ensure that all programs and initiatives are prioritized, communicated and carried out successfully.
- Will work closely with the CFO in development and implementation of internal control processes and management reporting tools, primarily at the property level.

-Minimum of 5 years of executive level large multifamily property management experience .
-Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
-Experience managing budgets and financial statements.
