Responsibilities:
- Underwrite deals across multifamily properties.
- Review market data and play a key role in determining key assumptions, including timing, costs, rents, operating budgets, leverage, cap rates, etc.
- Originate multifamily deals through personal contacts in the industry and through strategic outreach.
- Perform extensive due diligence on deals put under LOI, including reviewing zoning/entitlements, environmental, construction costs, taxes, insurance, title/survey, etc., working with third parties and internal resources to determine risks.
- Oversee and manage multifamily assets while under ownership and through disposition
- Enhance work processes in a quickly-growing group.
- Write thoughtful and thorough investment memoranda for Bridgeâs investment committee.
- Participate in investment committee meetings including conducting presentations and leading strategic conversations with executives.

Act as proxy, when necessary, for the Managing Director.
- Engage as the leader of a team or teams including leaders, portfolios, and budget oversight.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing multifamily acquisition deals
- Masterâs degree in a real estate program highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in finance required
- Keen analytical and financial modeling capabilities, with excellent Excel and Argus skills
- Strong writing and organizational skills
- Experience managing relationships with joint venture partners
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
