Position Summary:

Our technology division, HealthBI, delivers a navigation platform providing payers and providers a streamlined and centralized answer to operationalize preventative and transitional care â driving dramatic results for value-based performance and clinical outcomes.
The Technical Project Manager is primarily responsible for providing project management leadership and support for our advanced care transition technologies. This individual is a key member of the PMO team and helps to drive the Development team to deliver complex technology solutions for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the PMO to prioritize, plan and execute the development schedule for major product releases
- Drive Development teams to deliver technology solutions in support of key product initiatives by working closely with product owners, architects, engineers, and quality assurance
- Ensure deliverables across Engineering teams are of high quality and clearly documented
- Identify and escalate delivery impediments, risks, issues and changes tied to product development initiatives
- Conduct daily stand-up meetings and retrospectives at the end of each sprint, and ensure the team is continuously learning from the past
- Manage and track team velocity, burndown and other KPIs in relation to the plan and published progress reports
- Perform hands-on reviews of product backlog, design solutions and test execution results in addressing delivery impediments or product quality issues
- Deliver technology solutions that meet customer expectations for timeliness and quality
- Look beyond the obvious for continuous improvement opportunities
Required Education & Experience:
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science or a related technical field of study; or, an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Minimum six (6) years of experience in technical project management; experience should include managing software development projects
- Experience managing Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development teams
- Proven understanding of all aspects of software design with a demonstrated track record of increasing responsibility
Highly Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a healthcare technology organization
- PMI and/or Scrum Master certification
- Experience with web services and open API development, and SOA concepts
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
