What You Would Do:
- Lead and develop a team of sales professionals
- Regularly train and coach on our sales system

What We Need for this Role:
- 2+ years successful experience in a sales or sales management role
- Experience training and implementing sales systems and programs
- Proven ability to motivate, guide, and direct a team to reach and exceed business goals
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
