]Overview / Job Responsibilities::

The scope of this Task Order includes the following functions and activities in support of CBP:
  • Project/Program Management/Integrated Program Management Support;
  • Operational Requirements Support;
  • Integrated Logistics Support and Planning;
  • Cost/Schedule/Performance Analysis;
  • Cost Estimation and Analysis;
  • Cost/Performance Trade-Off Analysis and Studies;
  • Earned Value Management (EVM) Analysis;
  • Risk Analysis
  • Program Documentation;
  • Budget & Financial Management Support; and
  • E-Business Support/Knowledge Management Support
  • Execution TALMEC business policies, processes and procedures
The Project Manager shall:
  • Provide project management support utilizing TALMEC’s project entry and evaluation process including maintaining master schedules and tasks, tracking changes, facilitate meetings and developing weekly reports of status.
  • Project management support also includes data analysis of tracked projects and provide insight into project evaluation and tracking.
  • Staff member is also responsible providing SharePoint and graphics support for TALMEC including on the TALMEC homepage, updating data and files on the SharePoint site and providing page maintenance, training and documentation.
  • Support leadership and guidance, to overall program management vision, and senior executive consultation in support of TALMEC’s Modernization Program and other projects.
  • Guide project execution consistent with the TALMEC Strategic and Program Management plans; provide assistance with DHS and CBP initiatives that relate to TALMEC; and assist in reviewing quarterly reports, address variances, provide impact statements, and possible recommendations.
  • Support the Government in outlining and executing the program’s mission, vision, goals, and objectives
  • Support the Government in developing a plan for spending and usage of allocated budget dollars
  • Support the Government program and project management activities to organize, direct control, and coordinate the TALMEC investments.
  • Support the Government to develop and manage the business case/technical investment/risks that maximizes the capability within DHS
  • Support the Government to communicate project portfolio progress to all stakeholder.
  • Support the Government to provide project planning coordination, manage communications, and ensure compliance with TALMEC processes.

Minimum Qualifications::

  • 3 to 10 years of experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • US Citizen
  • Eligible for CBP Clearance
